Creating a shareable link to your project folder on Google Drive

  1. In Google Drive, find your project folder.

  2. Control-click (Mac) or right-click (Windows) the project folder.

  3. In the fly-out menu, select Get shareable link. A Link sharing box will appear. Make sure Link sharing is set to On. A link to the folder will be copied to your computer's clipboard.

  4. Paste this link anywhere you'd like it to appear (in an email to your instructor, for example.) Anyone with access to this link will be able to download a copy of your project folder.
