Creating a page for posts
If you set a static page to act as your front page, you can create a page for your posts.
If necessary, create a Page that will act as the area where you Posts will appear (Blog, for example.)
In the Dashboard, click Settings and choose Reading.
In the Reading Settings area, find the Front page displays area near the top.
Click the radio button next to A static page.
From the Posts page drop down list, choose a Page (Blog, for example.)
When finished, scroll to bottom and click Save Changes.
