Creating a static front page

1. If necessary, create a Page that will act as the front page of your site (Home or About, for example.)

2. In the Dashboard, click Settings and choose Reading.

3. In the Reading Settings area, find the Front page displays area near the top.

4. Click the radio button next to A static page.

5. From the Front page drop down list, choose a Page (Home or About, for example.)

6. When finished, scroll to bottom and click Save Changes.
